how do I get the emancipation papers.? Please help my mom lives in Lancaster nd I lived with my dad in Oxnard but he does drugsand is always hiting me so I left to stay somewhere else. My dad tries threatening me saying I'm a runaway but my moms okay with it. I'm trying to get emancipated I stay with this lady I babysit for in my own room. She's a nice lady tryinq to help me. She has her own babysitting bissnuesse and I'm on it so I have a job she pays me while doinq that I wanted to wet back in school witch I got kicked out of because my dad didn't sign certain papers on time and. Didn't take me to get a shot I needed for the school year. I'm berly 15 I need to be in school. I tried going back but I Ned a guardian and he wont take me so I need to go as soon as I get emancipated. Not to mention I just found out my grandmother is using me for tax money. I get nothing* out of it. I never ask anybody for money or anything just my dad and wen I need something he goes and steals it cause he has no job I never ask my grandmother for anything. Not to mention my dad hurts me physical, mentally, and verbally. I fear for my life with my dad. And he's not giving me any of my stuff specialty* my birth certificate and social security.
